FY-CBK-51B DESCRIPTION

This 2-inch hydraulic hose crimping machine features a button control system for easy operation and is available in 5.5 kW or 7.5 kW configurations. Capable of crimping up to 300 pieces per hour, it is specifically designed for 2-inch hoses.

Operation Precautions

When using the tube press for the first time, perform 20-30 crimping cycles without load and observe that all parts are normal before use
In winter, perform 20-30 cycles without load to increase oil temperature
Press the open button, select corresponding mold according to hose specifications, and adjust micrometer scale
Place hose with joint in proper position for full-length crimping
Press crimping button to execute operation until automatic mold opening
Use vernier caliper to check crimped joint jacket outer diameter and adjust micrometer scale as needed

The FY-CBK-51B hose pressing machine is renowned for its intelligent control system and large opening mouth. With super crimping force, it can crimp hydraulic hose R15 R13 up to 2 inch.
